Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hostess to join our vibrant Beach Club team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome to guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth experience at our beachfront establishment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
  • Take reservations and inquire about the purpose of visit.
  • Greet each guest promptly and courteously with a good smile and body language.
  • Presentation of menu and sharing promotions, specials, and items to customers.
  • Take food and beverage orders, repeat orders to guests, and inform guests of estimated serving time.
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate.
  • Key orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.
  • Serve food and drink orders.
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, and report any problems.
  • Process payment and check bills promptly.
  • Handle issues with cashier payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of restaurant tables and assist in planning and organizing special events.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Able to work well with others and be passionate about helping customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.
  • Escalate guest complaints to duty manager if unable to resolve the issue.
  • Implement plans to deliver exceptional service for the outlet.
  • Assist in daily operations of the restaurant.
