Welder Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be able to operate welding machines, follow technical drawings, and produce high-quality work with precision and safety.

Job Description:
The Welder will be responsible for operating welding machines and performing welding on workpieces according to technical drawings. This includes welding aluminium, stainless steel, or EG sheet. The Welder must ensure quality and accuracy of finished products and cooperate with overtime arrangements as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum NITEC, vocational, or trade certificate in Welding is required. 1–3 years of relevant welding experience is necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand mechanical drawings and read and communicate in basic English. Proficiency in welding at least one of the following: aluminium, stainless steel, or EG sheet is also required.

Benefits:
Overtime allowance (including weekend OT), Transport allowance, Attendance incentive, Lunch subsidy, Weekday transport provided, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (VB)

Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:45pm

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
