Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various metal components using welding techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welding Operations: Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc, etc.) safely and efficiently to fabricate and assemble metal components according to project requirements.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications, ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform welding repairs and maintenance on machinery, structures, and equipment, following all relevant safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time, adhering to deadlines and schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Welding Experience: Minimum [X] years of welding experience, depending on job level.
  • Certification: Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of various welding techniques, materials, and tools, along with good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

Working Conditions:
