Barista Position Summary

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time baristas.

As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. You will also maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Description & Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections and recommendations.
  • Prepare a variety of coffee and non-caffeinated beverages using the espresso machine.
  • Prepare light café food items following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure consistency in the taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks and foods.
  • Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the espresso machine and grinder.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar and service areas at all times.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and support both barista and service tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in F&B or café settings is preferred.
