  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with proven experience as an RPA Developer.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or .NET are essential.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using leading RPA tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Implement end-to-end automation solutions, including bot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of RPA bots to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Previous knowledge in one or more of the specified domains: Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Marketing, Hospitality, Call Centres.
  • Working knowledge of Unattended, Attended, and Hybrid robot setups.
