Experienced Project Management Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from concept to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects;
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules;
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution;
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks;
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in project management or a related field;
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools;
- Architectural registration (if applicable);
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field;
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2);
- Experience with BIM/Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and other design software;
