Job Summary

This IT support group, part of the DSV family, is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to drive operational excellence and lead process improvement projects in our Logistics business unit.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute strategic improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Lead process improvement projects and ensure successful implementation.

As a seasoned leader, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration and innovation among team members and guiding them towards accomplishing project milestones using effective monitoring and measuring methods.


Main Tasks
1. Conduct regular reviews and audits of ongoing improvement projects. 2. Collaborate with the Sigma Director to manage the company's Continuous Improvement plans, KPI measurement and monitoring, and other related projects. • Manage troubleshooting support and take corrective/preventive actions to meet VOC/VOB requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in applying various improvement tools and methodologies. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent people management, planning, and organization abilities. • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and principles. • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving exceptional results. • Good command of written English and possibly another language. • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
