We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Front Desk Team Lead, driving our customer service efforts and ensuring seamless interactions between our guests and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance the overall guest experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to reviews, feedback, comments across all platforms (phone, email, social media, face-to-face)
- Cultivate soft skills in the team related to customer service through coaching and guidance
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting and welcoming guests, handling incoming and outgoing calls, booking appointments, and addressing customer inquiries
- Pursue additional tasks as assigned by management
**Requirements**
- Able to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and a passion for customer-centricity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Possess strong interpersonal, efficiency, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Prior experience as a cabin crew member will be highly valued
