About the Role

We are seeking a Data Centre Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on maintaining the operational integrity of critical mechanical and electrical systems within high-availability data centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, responding to system alerts and faults, and supporting project works and customer operations in alignment with safety and compliance standards.

  • Perform daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Respond to alarms, faults, and BMS/EMS alerts; implement corrective actions to prevent downtime and maintain system integrity.
  • Support planned/emergency maintenance and site alteration projects to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support customer installations and move-ins to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Assist in audits and certification processes (e.g. Green Mark DC, ISO, PCIDSS) to maintain industry compliance.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Maintenance Operation Procedures (MOPs), and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in data centre or facilities management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of M&E systems and data centre operations.
  • Willingness to work on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule.
  • Flexibility to work at both North and East locations when required.
