We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects to success.

","

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services.

","
  • Oversee and manage multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services","
  • Work with team members from application and infra teams to deliver projects on time and within budget","
  • Conduct requirements workshops to gather user requirements and analyze business processes","
  • Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs","
  • Participate and contribute in project activities such as requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training and implementation","
  • Review project deliverables","
  • Plan and perform user acceptance testing","
  • Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems","
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met","
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures","
  • Understand IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure development processes comply with these policies and guidelines","
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day IT related issues","

Required Skills and Qualifications:

","
  • Tertiary education in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology","
  • Project Management Certification","
  • Strong project management skills to manage projects with challenging timelines and changing requirements","
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to manage external dependencies, business users and management","
  • Relevant experience in microservice architecture is advantageous","
  • Relevant experience and/or certification in AWS is preferred","
  • Familiarity with audit in enterprise IT environments","
  • Work experience and strong troubleshooting skills in resolving application, infrastructure and network issues","
  • Strong administrative skills and able to present to management","
  • Experience in writing papers and creating proposals","
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills","
  • Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges","
