Senior Financial Operations Leader

Job Overview:

As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reporting. You will utilize our ERP system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance team to achieve optimal performance and support business growth.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reporting.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Liaise directly with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Proven track record of delivering hands-on leadership in managing daily financial operations.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in ERP and MS Office, especially Excel.
