Role Summary

The position is focused on maintaining high standards of Visual Merchandising that align with both company and local directives. The Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and execution of Visual Merchandising initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the visual presentation is consistent and impactful.

The Senior Visual Merchandiser will work closely with retail, merchandising, and the regional Visual Merchandising team at Fendi.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and guide stores in achieving exceptional Visual Merchandising presentations Collaborate on the development and implementation of comprehensive VM training, product guidelines, display strategies, and in-store events Work alongside merchandising and retail teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management regarding VM initiatives Coordinate seasonal promotions and visual campaigns Ensure local Visual Merchandising practices adhere to global standards Liaise with suppliers and partners for seamless execution of window displays and promotional imagery Manage product rotation in accordance with visual guidelines Oversee the procurement of props while adhering to budget constraints Supervise both retail and franchise locations to uphold Fendi's VM standards Support the presentation of new collections within stores Collaborate on the launch of new retail locations Mentor client advisors and VM representatives on effective display techniques

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising Diploma in Art or Visual Communication is preferred Strong creative flair and attention to detail Ability to work independently and maintain self-discipline Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to teamwork Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
