Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Medical Social Workers (MSW) team in direct patient care, administrative tasks, and general duties. Your responsibilities will include managing routine cases assigned by MSWs independently, providing training for new healthcare professionals, conducting financial assessments to determine eligibility, and facilitating discharges.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
