Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in C#/.NET development and CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance C#/.NET applications and CRM platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Oversee system architecture, data modeling, and integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems via APIs or middleware.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery including code review, unit testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM and application environments.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 10+ years of working experience with proven technical leadership experience in application delivery and strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET application development.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Ability to work across the full SDLC—from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
