The Role

We are seeking a medical adjudication specialist to perform accurate and timely adjudication of complex medical claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing claims, identifying potential fraud and abuse, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Adjudicate Complex Claims
  • Analyze and Investigate Claims Discrepancies
  • Negotiate with Service Providers
  • Apply Clinical Knowledge and Policy Guidelines
  • Communicate with Stakeholders
  • Contribute to Process Improvements

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Medical Officer Qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Clinical Experience
  • Insurance-Related Experience Preferred
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in English Language
