We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Human Resources Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and selecting top talent to onboarding and payroll processing.
  • HR Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day HR operations, including compensation and benefits management, performance evaluation, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Payroll and Compensation: Design and implement pay structures, recommend revisions, and manage compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.
  • Talent Management: Participate in workforce planning, conduct job evaluations, and perform periodic pay surveys to ensure optimal manpower allocation.
  • Compliance and Administration: Manage employee grievances, provide counseling and guidance, submit claims to government agencies, and apply for training grants with statutory bodies.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by management to support the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the retail, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
  • High degree of integrity and discipline.
  • Strong numerical background and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of BIPO software and ability to commence on short notice.

What We Offer:
