
Human Resources Administrator

Human Resources is a vital part of every business. The role we are seeking a professional for involves supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, such as managing office affairs, preparing employment contracts and related documents, and performing ad-hoc duties as required by Directors/HR Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage office affairs, including WPOL and EPOL work pass systems, and assist with foreign pass applications.
- Provide administrative support to HR Management, including preparing payrolls and related documents.
- Remind HR Management of important tasks and deadlines.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by Directors/HR Management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (writing, speaking, listening, communication).
- Mature, reliable, with strong integrity and confidentiality.
- Sincere and honest.
- Work 5.5 days per week, 9 am - 6 pm / 9 am - 1 pm.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be informed.
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
