Are you a creative and innovative 3D designer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Experiential Design Specialist.

This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing dynamic 3D environments that deliver unforgettable brand experiences. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including exhibition booths, event stages, brand activations, and pop-up experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of spatial planning and a deep passion for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry. You should also be proficient in industry-standard 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.

You will lead the conceptualization and development of innovative 3D designs, develop detailed spatial plans, floor layouts, and circulation flows to optimize user experience, functionality, and safety. You will create compelling 3D models, renderings, and walk-throughs to communicate design concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with a diploma or degree in Interior Architecture, Exhibition Design, or Theatre Design. You should have 2-5 years of industry experience, with MICE industry experience a plus. You will be working closely with clients, project managers, graphic designers, content creators, and fabricators from concept to completion.
