Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial data and accounting matters are handled efficiently.
- Analyze the financial performance of business segments, such as Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney, at a regional level.
- Support the FP&A objectives in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Capture issues and coordinate amongst stakeholders on projects like revenue recognition, process improvement, and system implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience with Big 4 accounting firm experience desired but not required.
- Strong team player who thrives on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Passionate about finance with strong willingness to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of SQL and PowerBI an advantage.
- Experience with voluminous data management, statistics, and research methodology will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels and build good working relationships.
