Leading Government ICT Projects

We are seeking an IT Business Technology Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of government ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, overseeing the conception, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of business technology projects.
- Project Planning & Execution: Prepare comprehensive project plans that outline deliverables, timelines, resources, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Tender Evaluation & Procurement: Develop project specifications, manage tender processes, evaluate proposals, and participate in procurement decisions to ensure best value for money.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Act as primary point of contact for all stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on project progress, changes, and risks.
- Budget & Schedule Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget and timeline, managing resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage project team, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring team members align with project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, procurement, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams.
