Programme Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Programme Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of signature programmes, providing administrative support, liaising with stakeholders, and performing various office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist in the planning and execution of SCCC signature programmes, including coordination and scheduling of productions, vendor management, design, printing and fabrication of event collaterals, and other logistical matters.">
  • Provide administrative support in the implementation of SCCC programmes, such as preparing EDMs, managing ticketing and participant registration, recording participation figures, conducting surveys, and collating participant feedback.">
  • Liaise and work effectively with local artistes, arts and cultural groups, and vendors to organise SCCC programmes.">
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other office duties, such as data collation and maintaining databases, as assigned by Assistant Director (Programmes).">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • No specific educational or work background necessary; however, relevant work experience in administration, programming, and/or events management is required.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 (e.g., Excel spreadsheets) and designing skills on Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.">
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.">
  • Passion and strong interest in Chinese arts, culture, and heritage.">
  • Experience in managing stakeholders would be preferred.">
  • Knowledge and experience in working with youths, young parents, and/or seniors would be an advantage.">
  • Good with details, resourceful, fast-learner, able to multi-task and handle various aspects of project/programme management.">
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.">
  • Good time and project management skills.">
  • Able to work independently and be a good team player.">
  • Willing to work on weekday evenings and weekends, if required, especially for physical events and digital initiatives.">
  • Singaporean/Singapore PR only.">
