We are seeking a highly motivated individual to contribute significantly to our Regulatory Reporting Advisory team. As a Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business development activities and delivering new business opportunities.

You will help us grow our practice by:

  • Supporting the development of value propositions and contributing to client engagement and project delivery.
  • Leveraging your deep sector expertise to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

About You

  • You have experience working in a Capital Markets, Risk & Regulatory team within a professional services firm (Big 4 ideal).
  • You possess demonstrable sector knowledge across pre- and post-trade areas, with a deep understanding of current trends in capital markets.
  • You have delivered successful projects covering regulatory change, business impact assessments, and requirements analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead workstreams across our key regulatory reporting service lines, including advisory and implementation support, post-implementation reviews, and reporting platform optimization.
  2. Develop and convert a pipeline of opportunities through sell-on and/or new work.
  3. Manage and mentor teams of up to 1-2 people.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships within the sector.

Your Qualifications

  • Project/Program Management and business analysis experience.
  • Deep understanding of key industry drivers shaping the industry.
  • Able to articulate these drivers by way of client opportunities.
