KIZTOPIA SERVICES PTE. LTD., a leading indoor children's playground in Singapore, is seeking an exceptional Creative Event Manager to spearhead the development and execution of engaging events that inspire fun and learning among children and families.

This highly creative role requires a skilled individual with 5+ years of experience in event management, particularly in large-scale events within the children's entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring seamless event delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Conceptualization and Planning: Develop innovative, theme-based concepts and content aligned with the company's brand and objectives, incorporating seasonal activities that captivate children and families.
  • Creative Engagement: Design interactive elements, such as games, crafts, and performances, that promote learning through play, staying updated on trends in children's activities to integrate fresh ideas.
  • Planning and Execution: Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, permits, and on-site coordination, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and talent to secure favorable terms.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event promotion strategies, including digital campaigns and social media.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in event management, with a focus on creative and large-scale events.
  • Experience within the children's entertainment, education, or recreational industry is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in event management software, design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of current trends in the events and entertainment industry.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
