We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the effective management of a team of service technicians who provide top-notch tyre servicing to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and motivate a team of service technicians to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  2. Coordinate the deployment of service technicians for onsite tyre servicing, prioritizing promptness and quality.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Liaise between customers and service technicians regarding job assignments, fostering open communication.
  5. Manage administrative tasks such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive workshop environment
• Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and workers)

Other Information:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
Company transport from Clementi MRT (one-way)
Company phone provided
Additional Night Standby Allowance available
