About the Role

Hasbro is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our brand marketing efforts in Singapore & Malaysia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Marketing team and contribute to the success of our iconic brands.

Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical, administrative, and creative support to the brand marketing team.
  • Assist in the implementation and delivery of local marketing plans, including PR, digital, social, event, and other related brand marketing initiatives.
  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day marketing enquiries and approvals.
  • Maintain and update brand marketing calendars and share them with relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Own aspects of marketing campaigns and projects as directed.
  • Perform post-campaign evaluation and recap on regional landscape for learning and evaluation.
  • Compile monthly reports to analyze campaigns and evaluate market/activation success.
  • Support the approval of relevant third-party marketing materials and ensure they adhere to brand templates and standards.
  • Provide support on the management of marketing competitions and disseminate prizing as required.
  • Coordinate team meetings to discuss activations, market developments, and campaign results as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and creating product profile sell sheets.
  • Participate in organization, copywriting, and execution of brand assets.
  • Support customer service and handle customer enquiries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Around 3-5 years of relevant experience under a fast-paced environment, ideally from the FMCG industry.
  • Experience with social media and family-focused consumer media.
  • A strong understanding of marketing opportunities for family brands.
  • First-class organizational skills with the ability to juggle several priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
  • Resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work independently.
  • A team player.
  • Good presentation building skills.
  • Administrative skills and knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook essential.
