The role of the Mall Promotions Coordinator involves overseeing promotional activities and product management in major shopping malls across Singapore. This position requires a proactive and experienced individual to plan, organize, and execute mall promotion events efficiently.
Responsibilities include inventory and logistics coordination, procurement and supply chain management, market and sales analysis, team collaboration, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or foreign nationals who have resided continuously in Singapore for at least 5 years with a valid work pass.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- License Requirement: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driver's License and be able to drive independently for urgent replenishment and logistics tasks.
- Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, FMCG promotion management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore's mall landscape (e.g., VivoCity, NEX, Junction 8, ION Orchard, JEM).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of weekly events efficiently.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with mall management, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Work Attitude: Responsible, results-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment, and willing to work overtime as required.
