Product Engineering Leadership

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for driving product engineering teams to success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the schedule, logistics, and overall program success of a product engineering team.

The position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting ambitious deadlines, working with demanding customers, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Diagnostics End-to-End program management leadership for Data Center GPU Products.
  • Communicate with Diagnostics, Platform, Design, Product Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams to understand and define diagnostic, debug, and validation tool software requirements.
  • Work with functional technical leads to investigate project roadmaps and product technical documents to understand software impact.
  • Translate these requirements/impacts into executable plans.
  • Manage development plans to deliver on time and manage customer-driven change requests and/or found tasks without impacting critical committed deliverables.
  • Deliver reports and presentations to technical leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for on-time delivery of deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial software program management, project planning, and prior leadership experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle required and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working with offshore peer teams and customers.
  • Experience in coordinating horizontally across multiple internal functional organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
