The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and operations support for various functions within the hospital. Key responsibilities include managing operation and systems, reviewing and improving functional units in OSS/General Services, ensuring timely review of service contract terms and conditions, and assisting with department logistics, equipment and services.
The successful candidate will also work closely with internal departments/clinics and external agencies to coordinate operations, compliances and collaborative partnerships. In addition, they will assist with the review and updating of the department's policy, SOP documents, training plans for staff, emergency response plan, and financial budgeting.
To excel in this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
