Cloud Security Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, scalable, and secure cloud applications.

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of cloud applications from inception to deployment
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, offering technical leadership and ensuring security is ingrained at every stage of the software development life cycle
  • Drive the software development life cycle comprehensively
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in Python development, with Go experience being beneficial
  • Architect and implement secure code and applications
  • Define and implement new product features
  • Establish security best practices across the engineering organization
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently
About the Role

This role requires 10-15 years of hands-on software development experience across the end-to-end SDLC.

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Go experience is advantageous)
  • Extensive expertise in API development and integration
  • Track record of building and securing scalable applications in a startup environment
  • Proficiency in secure coding, architecture, and deployment
  • A knack for developing secure code and applications
  • Experience in building scalable cloud applications (GCP experience is a plus)
  • Adeptness in managing and mentoring engineering teams in high-pressure environments
  • Troubleshooting technical issues while upholding security standards
  • Solid understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security protocols
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting

Desirable qualifications include experience with the Go programming language, familiarity with GCP, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and an understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
