Cloud Security Pioneer

The Cloud Security Pioneer will lead the development, implementation, and management of cloud security solutions to safeguard data and infrastructure. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure cloud environments while addressing emerging security challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Cloud Security Strategies : Provide leadership and direction to the cloud security team, aligning efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Promote Security Best Practices and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
  • Design Secure Cloud Architectures and solutions, evaluating and recommending security tools and technologies to enhance cloud security.
  • Develop IAM Strategies to ensure secure and compliant access to cloud resources.
  • Implement and enforce IAM Policies , procedures, and controls for managing identities, roles, and permissions.
  • Establish Cloud Security Policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct Regular Security Audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead incident response efforts for cloud security incidents.
  • Analyze Security Logs and alerts to detect and respond to threats.
  • Prepare and present security metrics and reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Cloud Security , with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and 2+ years in a lead position.
  • Strong Understanding of Cloud Security & Infrastructure Architectures .
  • Relevant certifications, such as OSCP, CISSP, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
  • Knowledge of Container Security and Kubernetes .
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and services.
  • Proficient in Security Technologies , including IAM, encryption, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
