We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our flexible endoscopy portfolio in JAPAC. This role will oversee the development of clinical, technical, and sales training programs for internal staff and external healthcare professionals.


This strategic position is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive education strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase sales efficiency, and improve patient outcomes through education.


  • Develop and implement regional education strategies, design, and execution of clinical and product training programs related to flexible endoscopic systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute education objectives and strategies that align with core business goals.
  • Design and manage onboarding and continuing education programs for sales teams, clinical application specialists, and distributor partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for the creation of educational content and peer-to-peer recommendation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR) in all training documentation and practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Education, or related field; advanced degree or clinical certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in training, clinical education, or product support in the medical device industry, with a focus on endoscopy, GI, pulmonology, or minimally invasive procedures.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams or training programs.
  • Strong understanding of flexible endoscopic procedures, infection control, and reprocessing protocols.
  • Proficiency with training technologies and tools.
