**Job Description & Requirements:
As the Training Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our staff and teachers. You will be responsible for designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our training strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and teachers.
- Design training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics related to language teaching and school management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff and teachers to ensure the successful implementation of training objectives.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in language teaching and adult education to inform training strategies.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages professional growth and development among staff and teachers.
- Monitor and assess the performance of training participants to measure the impact of training interventions.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate training outcomes and recommendations to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
