Job Title: Senior Finance Associate
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a professional association. The role involves processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
">- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data entry is correct.
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
- Supporting payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- E nsuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounting. They should also possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as high attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Excellent organizational and communication skills are also required. A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
