ERP Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled ERP Technical Consultant to fill this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions, deploying new ERP systems, conducting user training, and preparing specifications, design documents, and test cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions
- Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and prepare specifications, design documents, and test cases
- Identify opportunities for process innovation, validate via proof-of-concepts and pilots
- Handle data migration from Dynamics 365 Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Perform functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements
- Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential
- Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to draft professional reports and documentation
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
