Volunteer Program Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of strategies to recruit and retain committed volunteers. As a Volunteer Management Executive, you will oversee end-to-end volunteer administration, including registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage volunteers.
- Manage all aspects of volunteer administration, ensuring seamless registration, scheduling, and data management processes.
- Coordinate volunteer training sessions and engagement activities to enhance their experience and skills.
- Plan and execute logistics for volunteer events and programs, guaranteeing smooth operations.
- Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and submissions related to volunteer initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer databases.
- Review and update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to work effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Eligibility restricted to Singaporeans only.
