Job Title: Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional beauty therapist to join our team. As a beauty therapist, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality facials and other beauty services to clients, ensuring they receive personalized treatments tailored to their needs and goals.
  • Create a welcoming and safe space for clients to discuss their face and body concerns, noting their individual needs, routines, and goals.
  • Ensure each client receives exceptional service with deep product and protocol knowledge, offering honest advice.
  • Educate clients on the treatments being performed and their personal skincare concerns, demonstrating our innovative philosophy.
  • Perform administrative duties, manage appointments, maintain client records, and oversee inventory and supplies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A passionate commitment to skincare and beauty, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly professional, detail-oriented, and experienced in the beauty industry with a proven track record of excellence in aesthetics.
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
