About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers upon arrival and making them feel welcome
  • Removing hair using permanent and temporary methods, such as electrolysis and waxing
  • Applying hair products to style hair
  • Providing manicures and pedicures that meet our clients' preferences
  • Recommending hairstyles and nail colors that match our clients' needs and personal style
  • Applying makeup products to enhance our clients' natural beauty
  • Providing guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin
  • Booking appointments over the phone and serving walk-ins based on availability
  • Maintaining updated client records, including contact details and treatment history
  • Cross-selling therapies and beauty products when relevant
  • Maintaining a clean and organized working area, including sterilizing equipment at all times
  • Tracking levels of stock, including lotions and nail polishes
