We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to provide high-quality infant care in a home-based setting.

About the Role:

As an Infant Childminder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each infant under your supervision. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Attentive Care: Offer individualized attention and affection to each infant, meeting their unique needs and preferences.
  • Create a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, learning, and development.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations: Follow all necessary guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep protocols.
  • Engage Infants in Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond Promptly to Needs: Provide immediate attention to each infant's needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
Requirements:
  • Medical Fitness: Be medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
  • Experience: Preferably have experience in caring for children.
  • Safe Environment: Have a child-safe environment, such as window grilles or limiters.
  • Education: Possess a minimum 'O' level or secondary school qualifications.
  • Certification: Those with infant care certification are highly preferred.
