Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee parking system projects from conceptualization to delivery.
  • This role entails managing project schedules, coordinating site meetings and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating documentation, presentations and reports on project activities.
  • Additionally, they will monitor project progress ensuring timely completion within safety, cost and quality parameters.
  • Responsibilities also include handling claims, invoices and subcontractor billing for respective projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or diploma with 2 years of experience in project management is essential.
  • Candidates must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and the ability to work independently are required.
  • A background in parking, CCTV, alarm or access control systems is preferred but not necessary.
