Project Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our parking system projects from planning to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, attending site meetings, and acting as a liaison between clients and stakeholders.

  • Plan, execute, manage, and complete parking system projects within schedule, safety, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring works are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports related to project activities.
  • Manage project-related files and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle claims, invoices, and subcontractor billing for respective projects.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum ITE or Diploma in a relevant field of study. At least 2 years of experience in project management and coordination.
  • Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn technologies.
    • Good working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    • Strong client relationship building and people management skills.
    • Background in parking, CCTV, alarm, or access control system is preferred.
