Job Title:
Senior Principal Instrumentation Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Instrumentation/Controls Engineer to lead our ICSS package management team. This role requires strong technical expertise in instrumentation and control systems, as well as excellent leadership qualities to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage ICSS packages from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with other project components. Collaborate with suppliers to review and approve deliverables, providing critical inputs to the project team. Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, LOPA, KOM, testing, and other key activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Electronics or Control Systems/Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 15 years experience in I&C Engineering/Design of hydrocarbon or offshore oil and gas processing facilities, wellhead platforms, FLNG, alarm rationalization, FEED, manhour estimation. Proven track record of leading at least two projects as ICSS Lead/ICSS Package Manager. In-depth knowledge of ICSS (DCS, SIS, and F&G) from at least two industry-leading control system suppliers. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities to drive results-oriented project delivery.
