Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Adventure Educator to join our team at MINISTRY OF FOOTBALL PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Outdoor Adventure Educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering outdoor adventure programs for school students, focusing on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Learning for Life Programme (LLP) values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outdoor adventure activities, such as camps and expeditions, and facilitate students' reflection and learning.
  • Provide safety instructions on technical equipment for adventure activities and ensure participants' safety.
  • Plan, evaluate, and assess adventure activities to determine if learning goals are being achieved.
  • Undertake administrative and logistical tasks necessary for the execution of adventure activities.
  • Connect and engage with students, handle stress, and execute land and water activities safely.
Requirements
  • Love outdoor adventure programs, camps, or activities.
  • Be fit without medical conditions that prevent executing adventure activities.
  • Able to connect and engage with students.
  • Able to handle stress.
  • Experience and certificates or courses for conducting outdoor activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Drawing out SEL competencies in participants, especially self-management, relationship, and responsible decision-making skills.
  • Empowering participants to improve resilience and cooperation towards a common objective.
  • Creating an environment enhancing experience and learning opportunities for participants towards LLP values and developing social emotional competencies, self-efficacies, leadership, and competencies.
