System Troubleshooter Role:
As a key team member, you will be responsible for supporting test and debug activities for server and rack products in a manufacturing environment.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a System Troubleshooter. Your primary responsibility will be to support test and debug activities for server and rack products in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineers to execute all test-related activities and ensure the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers in executing all test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
- Support and help implement PXE server configuration.
- Perform and maintain server and rack run-in tests.
- Carry out and monitor burn-in and power test processes.
- Troubleshoot and analyze product failures, and collaborate with engineers on improvements.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Update and maintain test program masterlists and tracking systems.
- Prepare and revise Working Instructions (W/I).
- Provide training to production teams based on W/I.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Assist production during mass runs.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge in Linux and programming languages such as C++, Python, Quartus ii, Tinker Cad.
- Knowledge of programming and debugging skills is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
