Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our real estate operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Raising purchase requisitions/purchase orders and maintaining a suppliers register
  • Sending reminders to service providers on billing for work done
  • Obtaining sign off from all service providers concerning final payments for services rendered

You will also be responsible for preparing and updating listings of works, plants, and user groups, as well as assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks.
