Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of design intent while complying with various technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce architectural drawings as directed by senior staff and as required for projects, in an effective, efficient and professional manner.
  • Assist in the design presentation of architectural projects.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in architecture (Part 2)
  • Minimum 3 years of project working experience in Singapore
  • Experience with entire project processes including authorities submission & site inspections
  • Able to manage various project types independently
  • Liaise and communicate closely with clients' representatives, consultants and contractors
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & Adobe Suite software
  • Skills - project management, contract administration, design, and presentation
