Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Coordinator to manage AI projects for our enterprise clients in APAC.
- Coordinate AI implementation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Translate client requirements into clear project plans.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Oversee timelines, risks, deliverables, and integrations.
- Support client demos, documentation, and post-deployment reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software or background in e-commerce/marketing agency project management (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project/collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Figma).
