Project Management is a vital function that ensures the timely and successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will support the coordination of AI solutions for enterprise clients across APAC.

You will collaborate with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate project planning and activities
  • Document client requirements and prepare project plans
  • Track progress, timelines, and deliverables under senior guidance
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on day-to-day tasks
  • Support client demos, reports, and post-deployment documentation
  • Contribute to improving workflows and ensuring client satisfaction

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2+ years experience in software, digital, or agency project coordination (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is highly desirable
  • Interest in technology, APIs, or software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
