Our organization seeks a seasoned Banking Technology professional to lead the analysis and management of business requirements in Core Banking systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Deposit, Loans, Payment, and Wealth management. They will also possess experience in Customer Demographics/Wealth Management and be able to cross-learn new product domain knowledge.

The successful candidate will work closely with Application leads/Vendors to provide estimation and Functional Specification. They will conduct Functional Specification review with business and test teams, reviewing test strategy prepared by Testing teams and automating Core Bank test application suites for regression testing.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage and analyze business requirements in Core Banking systems
  2. Work closely with Application leads/Vendors to provide estimation and Functional Specification
  3. Conduct Functional Specification review with business and test team
  4. Review test strategy prepared by Testing team and automate Core Bank test application suites for regression testing
  5. Work closely with Architect team to derive a technical solution
  6. Prepare Executive summary for all Release work related and projects for management reporting, detailing project risk, escalations, and design proposals
  7. Work together with Application leads on audit-related items
  8. Update the team for any Release Management/Projects news like escalations, design decisions, etc.
  9. Build a strong relationship with business partners to manage expectations and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution
  • Strong analytical skills and agile in handling multiple streams of demands from business
  • Experience in dealing with different teams with diverse background/units
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile development management model
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
