Key Responsibilities:

  2. Partner with the Senior Community Relations Manager to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy, structure, and processes.">
  3. Collaborate with the Community Relations Team to drive and support ongoing fundraising and donor-related volunteering activities.">
  4. Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and projects to meet assigned fundraising targets.">
  5. Facilitate networking opportunities for stakeholders, donors, and community partnerships for fundraising, outreach, and collaborations.">
  6. Manage donor acquisition, appreciation, and retention strategies.">
  7. Design and implement impactful donor engagement and appreciation programs.">
  8. Manage donor databases and prepare data analysis reports.">
  9. Ensure donations and gifts are stewarded according to the donors' intentions and provide reports on their impact.">
  10. Prepare and manage the submission of fundraising grant proposals and applications to government and corporate donors/funders, in collaboration with stakeholders.">
  11. Prepare materials and collaterals for donor outreach.">
  12. Ensure fundraising compliance with regulatory requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.">
  13. Assist in the planning and execution of other Community Relations events and activities.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma from a reputable university/polytechnic with at least 3 years of fundraising, marketing, volunteering related work experience.">
  • Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.">
  • Strong desire to serve and build a career in the social service sector.">
  • Proactive, resourceful, and possess a positive 'Can do' attitude.">
  • Ability to produce and deliver pitches, apply for grants, and write persuasive funding applications.">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.">
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.">
  • Adaptable team player with high integrity.">
  • Strong data management, analytical skills, project, and event management skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively.">
  • Proficient with database management.">
  • Social media savvy.">
  • Passionate about serving others.">
