Laboratory Assistant - Chemical Operations Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Assistant to join our team in a senior role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products, and conducting maintenance and calibration of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage laboratory inventory, prepare and standardize chemical reagents, and maintain quality records
  • Conduct quality control analysis, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement safety procedures
  • Train junior laboratory technicians and contribute to risk assessment and decision-making

Requirements:

  • NITEC or Diploma in Chemical-related studies
  • Minimum 8 years of laboratory experience

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range $2500 - $3500 + OT and benefits
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm
  • Jurong Island location with company transport provided
